Welcome to ****** County Radio! KLTH
"In a nameless city deluged by rain, three rabbits live with a fearful mystery"
The patter patter patter of the rain is continuing for the 30th day in a row in our city, with no signs of letting up in the relatively near future. Be weary of the shadows seen during this time.
We are recommending as are the Department of Foreign Affairs, Congress, and the Man in Charge, that you stay inside during the nights until we have more information.
Good news! We are finally hitting those temps in the upper 70s this week! Hopefully the heat can clear out this rain.

- Rabbits Review -
Rabbits is a true 5/5. It is a must watch and a must rewatch. This series is well deserving of your time. Paying attention to the set and lighting changes and looking into the relationship dynamics these rabbits have not only in their own series but in Inland Empire as well allows you to really get a grasp on what could be going on. A delightful "sitcom" that throws you into the uncanny with no remorse!
Rabbits (2002) is a declaration of fear. I think this is where Lynch truly excelled with Uncanny or Surreal Horror. He toyed with setting, sounds, lighting and dialogue making a sitcom truly unnatural to how we typically would perceive one. I mean our first introduction to Rabbits is a ominous droning followed by 2min 39sec of uneasy silence as Suzie and Jane sit in the living room, the only room depicted in the shorts. When we meet Jack this is also out introduction to the character of "the audience". Where you are able to hear the long applauses and numerous laugh tracks throughout. Though seemingly random they do almost always occur when the time is mentioned. This along with the disconnected sentences of dialogue really add to the unease.
